Ptilotus ‘Little Prince’ is a small Australian native plant that will add instant impact to your patio or garden with its feathery cream-green flower heads. Ptilotus ‘Little Prince’ is best grown as an annual in the drier months. It is also drought tolerant once established and survives light frosts.

Habit: Small compact herbaceous annual.
Care: Prefers an open position in full sun in a well-drained soil. When planting, carefully remove from the pot to avoid disturbing the roots and plant in the hole so that the existing potting mix is slightly deeper than the surrounding ground level. Backfill the hole level with surrounding ground level and water in well. Requires minimal watering once established. Regularly prune after each flush of flowers to remove old flowering stems and apply a standard slow release fertiliser every 3 months to encourage a bushy habit and repeat flowering.
