Description
Ptilotus ‘Little Princess’ produces masses of feathery, pastel pink-purple flower heads with bright pink highlights. The flower heads are about 40 mm in diameter and up to 70 mm high which remain on the plant for months. Plants grow to about 30 cm high and 30 cm wide. Plants grow to about 30 cm high and 30 cm wide.
Uses: Highly versatile, ideal for mass plantings rockeries, cottage gardens, or containers providing long lasting cut flowers. Best grown as an annual in the direr months.

Habit: Herbaceous annual to 30 cm tall.
Care: Prefers an open position in full sun in a well-drained soil. When planting, carefully remove from the pot to avoid disturbing the roots and plant in the hole so that the existing potting mix is slightly deeper than the surrounding ground level. Backfill the hole level with surrounding ground level and water in well. Requires minimal watering once established. Regularly prune after each flush of flowers to remove old flowering stems and apply a standard slow release fertiliser every 3 months to encourage a bushy habit and repeat flowering.
